This notice, prepared under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), explains how the information you send through the forms on basakkagit.com.tr is used.

What we receive and why

The name, email, phone number, company details and message you enter in the contact, quote, dealer application and newsletter forms are used only to receive your request and reply to you. When you submit a form, it is sent by email to info@basakkagit.com.tr; it is not stored in a separate database on the website.

Legal basis

Your information is processed so that we can respond to your request, under Articles 5/2-c and 5/2-f of the KVKK.

Sharing

Your information is not shared with third parties for marketing. Only the infrastructure of our email and hosting providers is used to deliver form messages and run the website.

Your rights

You can send requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (access, correction, deletion, etc.) to info@basakkagit.com.tr. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.
